Numbers of the posts with 100 or more likes

This list holds the number of likes of each post, in post order. Collect the post numbers (1 for the first post, and so on) of the posts with 100 or more likes, in order, and store them in picked. The first post is number 1. Even if several posts have the same number of likes, include the post number of each one. Use enumerate.
