Passing the turn in a question queue

queue is the list of people waiting to ask a question during a live stream. Take the person at the front out of the list and store their name in now. Then add the newcomer "taeo" to the end of the list. Grading runs the code with a different queue list and then checks the values of now and queue. The list always has at least one person.
