A post summary and a condition check

Print three lines from the post information. The first line shows the author, the number of reactions (likes + comments), and the ratio of reactions to views as a percentage with one decimal place, as in mina: 128 reactions / 8.0%. The second line is the list of tags with the duplicates removed, in sorted order. The third line shows whether the post has 100 or more likes and the tag "data" (True or False).
